Planet Parts Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to dispatch  your goods via AusPost within 1 working day; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. For larger items, we may choose to use a courier or freight company. All items we send out out will come with a tracking number and will be fully insured.

Planet Parts GUARANTEES the safe arrival of every product we send out. If an item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we offer a complete refund or exchange - no exceptions!
