Planet Parts' High-Volume BOSS V8 inlet plenums are designed for both street & track purposes. Our BOSS plenums give performance gains to N/A and boosted setups. They are an absolute must for ANYONE looking to increase the performance of their Ford BOSS 5.4L V8.

Even though these manifolds are the absolute best value on the market, we haven't taken any shortcuts on quality. Each manifold follows a strict manufacturing process - after casting, they are heat-treated for strength & shot blasted smooth. After that, the plenums flat surfaces get machined to mirror finish for a flush fitment. Then each unit is tested to hold 40psi of pressure before finally being safely boxed up and sent on its way to you!

Our High-Volume inlet plenums are supplied in a smooth cast iron finish - perfect to either install right away or get painted in your preferred colour!

20% larger capacity increases air flow compared to stock plenum/manifold.

Design utilises the FPV FG 315 GT & Ford Mustang GT500 Twin-Blade 60mm Throttle Body.

Retains factory MAP sensor, vac line fittings, etc.

Increases performance at the same boost level on Turbo and Supercharged engines.

Larger throttle body increases throttle response.

Retains factory Engine Plate. Also retains the factory engine cover (some trimming required for N/A models).

To suit:

Ford BA, BF, FG & FGX Falcon Boss 5.4L V8 Engines (inc. XR8 & FPV GT models).

Will suit all BOSS 260, 290, 302, and 315 V8 5.4L motors.

Notes:

Tune is required after installation.

Throttle body NOT INCLUDED. You will require a FPV 315 GT/Ford Shelby GT500 2007-2014 twin-blade 60mm throttle body (Ford P/N: 756122111338), or aftermarket equivalent.

A 4” silicone hose/joiner can be used on the oval GT500 throttle body to then connect your intake pipe to (will need to then reduce further if choosing to retain factory air box).

Will NOT suit 6-cyl BARRA models.
