PRE-ORDERS

Planet Parts pre-orders allow customers to secure stock from upcoming limited production batches before arrival.

Unlike other businesses, we do not open pre-orders until materials have already been purchased and production has already started. Your order is securing a spot in an active batch - not funding a future production run. Pricing is also locked in at the time of purchase, with no surprise increases later on.

Please note all lead times and ETA dates are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing or freight circumstances outside of our control.

If your project is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to ordering for the latest production update.

We also never refuse pre-order cancellations or refund requests. If delays happen, or your plans simply change, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
