Ute Tailgate Hinge Replacement Pins for Ford Falcon AU BA BF FG FGX STAINLESS STEEL

A common problem on the AU-FGX ute tailgates is the hinge pins begin to rust over time. This is due to Ford's painting process where the inside of the pin was never painted, causing it to slowly rust and the paint to flake off.

To solve this issue, our replacement pins are manufactured from stainless steel to ensure they will not rust. The pins can also be easily painted before installation to return your ute to its factory look.

Please note: For installation, you will need to cut off the old rivet head of the hinge, and then drill a 10mm hole through the factory tailgate bracket for our replacement pin be installed.
