The built-in high-strength magnet attracts and captures fine ferrous metal particles circulating through the oil before they can contribute to further wear. Inspecting the magnet during each oil change can also provide an early indication of abnormal internal engine wear.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this drain plug is designed as a durable replacement for the standard sump plug. A new copper crush washer is included to help provide a reliable seal when correctly installed.
