Genuine Ford OEM 6R80 Valve Body – Reconditioned & Tested

Genuine Ford OEM 6R80 automatic transmission valve body assembly, professionally reconditioned and supplied complete with solenoids and electronic assembly.

Unlike newly manufactured aftermarket replacement valve bodies, these units utilise a genuine Ford OEM valve body, which is inspected and reconditioned prior to supply.

The solenoid valves have been resistance tested, with a new TCU/electronic assembly fitted as advised by the manufacturer.

Suitable for selected 2015–2019 Ford F-150 models fitted with the 6R80 6-speed automatic transmission, including applications commonly found behind:

• 2.7L EcoBoost
• 3.3L V6

Commonly used on applicable F-150 models equipped with an external Start/Stop auxiliary electric transmission oil pump.

IMPORTANT – Check Before Ordering

Ford produced multiple versions and calibrations of the 6R80 valve body.

Do not purchase based solely on your vehicle being fitted with a 6R80 transmission.

Before ordering, compare your original valve body and confirm the following casting numbers:

Vehicle year, engine and transmission model alone may not be sufficient to confirm compatibility.

PLEASE NOTE – FORD RANGER / EVEREST

This valve body is NOT sold as a direct-fit replacement for Australian Ford Ranger or Everest 6R80 applications, even where the transmission or valve body appears similar.

Ranger and Everest applications may utilise different valve body calibration, hydraulic configuration and solenoid specifications.

Using this assembly in a Ranger or Everest may require specialist valve body rebuilding, recalibration and/or correct solenoid configuration to suit the vehicle's original transmission.

Do not purchase this valve body as a direct replacement for a Ranger or Everest.

For these vehicles, we recommend having the original valve body professionally rebuilt or using a correctly configured Ranger/Everest-specific valve body assembly.

Installation & Programming

Professional transmission installation is strongly recommended.

Depending on the vehicle and replacement procedure, solenoid strategy programming, transmission configuration and/or adaptive relearn procedures may be required after installation.

Always confirm compatibility and the required programming procedure with a suitably qualified transmission specialist before installation.
