Twin Transmission Cooler Kit

The twin cooler system uses two custom-manufactured 29-row transmission oil coolers mounted to a single heavy-duty steel bracket. One cooler is positioned at the front of the bracket, with the second mounted directly behind it to create a compact twin cooler assembly.

Both coolers feature durable 0.6mm fins. Many comparable transmission coolers use thinner 0.4mm fins, making our heavier construction better suited to vehicles exposed to towing, vibration, corrugated roads and off-road conditions.

The mounting bracket bolts directly to the radiator support panel using existing factory holes, meaning no drilling is required.

Billet Thermal Bypass Valve

The included billet thermal bypass valve allows transmission fluid to circulate through the external cooling system without relying on the restrictive factory thermal bypass operation.

This helps the upgraded twin cooler system operate effectively and maintain more consistent transmission temperatures during towing, touring, off-road driving and other sustained-load conditions.

10R80 Deep Cast Transmission Pan Complete Service Kit

Our heavy-duty deep cast transmission pan increases the transmission’s fluid capacity while providing additional strength, cooling surface area and serviceability compared with the standard pan.

The cast alloy construction and external cooling fins help dissipate heat, while the magnetic drain plug makes future transmission servicing cleaner and easier.
