The TransGo 700-PKH Hi-Rev Pump Repair Kit is designed for high-revving applications using GM 700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E and 200-4R automatic transmissions, particularly engines regularly operating above approximately 5400 RPM.

A common issue in high-RPM applications is pump ring failure and pressure drop at elevated engine speeds. The standard pump rings can become brittle and fail, potentially causing damage to the pump, transmission and torque converter.

The TransGo 700-PKH kit replaces the original-style rings with high-carbon, heat-treated and annealed steel pump rings designed for substantially greater strength and durability.

The slightly larger and stiffer ring design can also improve pump efficiency, helping maintain stronger hydraulic pressure, particularly at hot idle and during high-RPM operation.

Designed to address:

• High-RPM transmission pressure drop

• Soft full-throttle upshifts at high engine speeds

• Pump ring breakage

• Pressure regulator buzz or moan, particularly when hot

The kit also includes a pump slide priming spring, which helps correct the hydraulic pressure drop that can occur above approximately 5500 RPM.
