Upgrade your exhaust setup with our premium titanium manifold stud kit, designed specifically for the BA/BF/FG/FGX Barra engine. This complete set replaces the factory exhaust manifold studs with lightweight, corrosion-resistant titanium hardware built to handle extreme heat and boost pressure.

Each stud is made from aerospace-grade Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium for maximum strength in high-performance applications. They’re paired with precision-fit 12-point titanium nuts and washers for a high clamping force. Our studs also feature an integrated hex tip for easy installation.

Our stud kits are available in three finishes – raw titanium, black, or rainbow.

Each set includes everything you need to stud the entire exhaust manifold:

• 12x M10 Titanium Studs
• 12x M10 Titanium 12-Point Nuts
• 12x M10 Titanium Washers

To suit Ford BA/BF/FG/FGX Falcon 6-cylinder BARRA engines, turbo and non-turbo. Will NOT suit V8 models. Also suitable for all equivalent FPV 6-cylinder models.

Installation notes:
Be sure to apply anti-seize to all threads before fastening the manifold.

Will also suit all EA, EB, ED, EF, EL, & AU Falcon 6-cylinder SOHC exhaust manifolds.
