The TransGo SK 4L60E Stage 1 Shift Kit is a comprehensive valve body repair and recalibration kit designed to correct many of the most common problems found in GM 4L60E, 4L65E and 4L70E automatic transmissions.

Suitable for applicable Holden Commodore VR, VS, VT and VE models, as well as other GM vehicles using these transmissions, the kit improves hydraulic control, shift quality and overall transmission durability without requiring transmission removal.

A major feature of the kit is TransGo's ISO-CONV Valve, a one-piece replacement for the factory isolator and converter regulator valves. These factory valve bores are particularly prone to wear, which can result in torque converter clutch slip, shudder, fault codes and harsh shifting.

The included hardened steel TCC regulator and isolator valve assembly uses longer valve lands to operate in previously unused areas of the valve bore, helping restore hydraulic integrity without machining the valve body.

The kit also recalibrates the accumulation and pressure control systems to provide quick, clean and smooth shifts while improving clutch and band durability.
